Favorite Travel Hack: Sleepy tea, the vanilla/honey flavor. I sleep before inflight movies, and I take my own food and water. Packing cubes for everything. A 20 min walk around the plane every 3hours, if I'm awake.
Fun Fact: I'm smack-in-the-middle introvert/extrovert. I'm energized when socializing but also need to chill for hours in a hammock.
My Expat Story: We moved to the US for adventure and chase the sun. Key words: fun, loneliness,'Oh Oh! then 'Hurrah!'' I've lived in several countries and thought the US would be easy. It wasn't. I experienced homesickness and isolation. I did question our decision a bit. My first home is The Grenadines, prior to England. I'm about to record my story with a friend. I hope it inspires you.
